ABOUT ASHIRA SOL

Jessica Seymour, also known as Ashira Sol, is a multidimensional artist, counselor, hypnotherapist, and devoted mother.

Born into a legacy of music as the daughter of R&B recording artist O'Bryan, known for the soul classic "Soul Train's A'Comin," Jessica was passionate about music from a young age. Singing since childhood, she carried the gift of melody in her soul, yet it wasn't until later in life that she fully embraced her musical identity and began releasing music under the artist name Ashira Sōl.

In 2018, she experienced a transformative love—one that opened portals to the depths of her soul. She connected with a partner she intended to marry, but their love story took an unexpected turn when he passed away suddenly. She began to have vivid past-life memories, awakening her understanding of the eternal nature of the soul. This experience of profound love and grief propelled her into a long period of deep inner exploration, and activated her psychic abilities, mediumship, and other spiritual and intuitive gifts.

In 2020, the birth of her daughter Athena became a grounding force in her life. Becoming a mother helped her to find deeper clarity in her purpose, and became an anchor that deepened her passion for personal transformation and service to others.

In the years following Athena’s birth, Jessica’s creativity flourished. She pursued and obtained a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, became certified in traditional, past-life regression, and quantum hypnosis, and began recording and producing the music she had been writing for years. Her artistic expression and healing work became intertwined, forming a bridge between the seen and unseen, the known and the mystical.
